Both are open. You can find Commissions for cheap on my deviantart page down by the comments. Requests will be one character to two, no background. Unless I have known you well enough, which are only 3 or 4 of you. Commssions will be as many characters as ud like on one page..max is 6 though...otherwise theyd be tiny. Like I said Commissions are cheap and majority of points will go toward helping a club here on dev art. Ty for taking your time to read this.
